Calibration Technician

Penn Life Sciences is looking for Calibration Technicians to join our team in Langhorne PA.

This position’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  1. Follow cGMP policies, procedures, and training.
  2. Perform routine calibrations of instrumentation.
  3. Identify and correct measurement errors.
  4. Replace instrumentation and controls as needed.
  5. As necessary provide input and support for the design, installation, and upgrade of instrumentation and control systems.
  6. Identify “Out of Tolerance” conditions and perform corrective actions to return the device to
    within specification.

We are looking for applicants with:

  1. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload
  2. Ability to work independently
  3. Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management, contractors and vendors
  4. Must be highly self-motivated, and a self-starter
  5. Experience/aptitude, ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  6. Ability to work all days and shifts, including overtime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays)
  7. Ability to acquire and sustain gown qualification of for clean room environments
